Machining Operative

Role Duties

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, those below

  • Machining of Titanium, Steels, Iron and Aluminium
  • Manual Milling
  • CNC Milling
  • Manual Turning
  • CNC Turning
  • Use of Hand Tools
  • Use of Measurement Devices
  • Setting and Operating of both VMC and Lathes
  • Machine accuracy checks
  • Cutting Tooling Selection and Knowledge
  • Machining Parameters for Multiple Material Types
  • Liaise with the production team to ensure all production and delivery targets are met.
  • Ensure accuracy checks and operating procedures are adhered to and kept up to date at all times.
  • Ensure official routing is adhered to at all times.
